TheraBand Professional Latex Resistance Tubing in Green provides Heavy resistance at Level 4 in the 8-level color-coded system. The 25-foot continuous roll allows cutting to any desired length for exercises, rehabilitation, or physical therapy.
Green tubing delivers 4.6 lbs of resistance at 100% elongation and 6.7 lbs at 200% elongation-25% more resistance than the previous Red level. Made from natural latex rubber for consistent stretch and durability.
The color-coded progressive resistance system helps users track improvement by advancing through resistance levels from Tan (lightest) to Silver (heaviest).
