At Hewyn, we want you to feel confident in every order. Because we sell supplements and wellness devices, returns are handled carefully to protect product quality and customer safety.
If you’re unsure about a return, our support team is always happy to help.
Can I return my item?
You may be eligible for a return if all of the following apply:
- The item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging
- All seals are intact and undamaged
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
Please note:
- Opened or used supplements cannot be returned, due to health and safety reasons
- Wellness devices must be returned in original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging
- If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
How to request a return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at:
support@hewyn.com
Once your return request is approved, we’ll:
- Provide a return shipping label
- Arrange a pickup for the return where available
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
What happens after
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll email you to confirm we’ve received the item
- We’ll let you know whether your return has been approved
- If approved, a refund for the product’s purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
