About Shipping at Hewyn

Hewyn ships curated wellness essentials internationally, in compliance with local regulations in each destination country. Because import laws vary by region and are subject to change, some products may be restricted or prohibited depending on where you live.

We recommend reviewing any local import restrictions before placing your order. In some cases, items that were previously unavailable may become permitted, and in others, new restrictions may apply.

After you place an order, we review it to ensure all items can be shipped legally to your location. If any product cannot be shipped due to regulatory restrictions, we will cancel that item only and issue a full refund for it. We’ll always notify you if this happens.

Shipping Origins & Handling

All Hewyn orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouses in the United States and dispatched via air freight to your destination.

Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout reflect standard shipping conditions. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as air freight disruptions, customs processing, or local courier operations.

If your order is affected by a delay, our support team is available to assist you.

Customs & Import Information

To make delivery as smooth as possible, our courier partners manage customs clearance on your behalf. All prices on our platform are inclusive of customs and duties.

However, in some countries, local authorities may require additional information from the recipient in order to complete customs clearance. This may include:

  • National ID
  • Passport
  • Tax or customs identification number
  • Proof of payment
  • Medical approval or prescription
  • Government or import permits
  • Company registration or trade license

If this is required, the courier will contact you directly once the shipment arrives in your country and guide you on how to provide the necessary documentation.

Please note:

Hewyn is unable to override local customs regulations. If a shipment cannot be cleared because required information is not provided, we are unable to offer a refund for the undelivered order.

Duties, Taxes & Fees

For all our products duties and taxes are included at checkout, and no additional charges will be collected upon delivery.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Middle East: 5-12 days
  • Asia: 7-16 days
  • Oceania: 7-16 days

These are our standard estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier operations, or local regulations.

Same-Day Delivery

Selected products may be available for same-day delivery in certain locations.

Availability is clearly indicated on product pages and at checkout. Same-day delivery applies only to eligible items and addresses and is subject to order cut-off times.

Shipping Rates

Any promotional shipping offers or free-shipping thresholds will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If you notice visible damage to the package at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact our support team immediately.

If damage is discovered after delivery, please reach out to us within 7 days so we can assist you.

If Your Order Is Delayed or Missing

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first.

If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours beyond the expected delivery date, contact our support team with your order number and tracking details.
