This is a smaller pull form that is less than 1000 mg unlike the other one I reviewed. It works just as well if you cannot swallow horse bills, but you may have to double the dose of the one horse pill. My cousin cannot take horse pills, so this was her alternative and she seems very happy with it.

The description was everything I need in capsule form, however, my Dr. Nixed it,as I had a seizure about 2 hours after taking it. Very scary and disappointing. I have never experienced a seizure and I hope to never have one again. I believe PURE makes good products and I have purchased several supplements from them without any problems. So I rate them a 3 star only because I feel "possible seizure" should be in BOLD print with a warning. Anyway, that is my experience. Good health to all who read this.

Since I’ve been purchasing these for years, I felt I should really review them. There’s nothing like these simple capsules for keeping my “traffic moving south.” I take two before bed. Not necessarily every night. In the a.m. I’ve never had to run to the pot or blow another disc in my back, doing the “squeeze.” I’ll also add when I’d shown the label I’d peeled off and stuck on the back of my paper list of prescriptions, my doctor gave it a thumbs up endorsement. If you give it a “ go.” I wish you the same traffic control that I’ve appreciated for years.
