I use this in conjunction with Pregnenolone 30mg and it works great!! Better than stuff from the compound pharmacy! I was getting DHEA with Pregnenolone compounded from the pharmacy for a couple years then decided to buy this instead. Had my labs drawn again and my DHEA was very high and decreased supplement from every day to 3x/wk. highly recommended.

OMG! Lifesaver. Helped with perimenopause symptoms

I almost never leave reviews but if this helps someone then it's totally worth it. I'm a 46 yr old mother of 3, struggling with intense fatigue, belly weight gain, anxiety/irritability, mild depression, sleep disturbances, brain fog, low libido. These symptoms started around 43 after I had 3rd child. I've chalked them up to perimenopause (still have regular periods). I have an appointment with gyn in a month about getting hrt, but decided to try this to give me some relief in the meantime. Been on it for a week and this is what I noticed immediately: energy levels shoot up after taking this- noticeably! Mood boost, less irritable, & generally more positive outlook.
