How to Use

Place the device around your neck and adjust the slider so the pads rest gently on your skin.

Press the power button once to turn it on.

Blue: Starting up

Green: Ready

Select your program in the app.

During a session:

Sessions run 6–10 minutes (extendable).

Adjust intensity through the app or device buttons.

Mild neck muscle movement is normal — reduce intensity or reposition if needed.

To end a session:
Press and hold the power button until the device turns off.
