Recommended by my acupuncturist for not being able to sleep- amazing!! I take two at night and have been sleeping so well, and is not groggy like melatonin can be. This brand especially works well for me.

How do you really rate a supplement? Does it work? I don't really know. I think the Magnesium does something. Or at least i buy into "it's good for you." That said, of the manufacturers of magnesium I selected this twice now because of the claims of quality control in manufactruing. I was the most reassurance that what's in the capsule is magnesium and not other unintended contaminants.
