I used this product it works I feel the difference I take them when I’m starting to feel the slump of tiredness and it picks me right back up I don’t use them all the time but I use them

I took it for about 2 to 3 days before I felt it and they are strong. It definitely gives a lot of energy and I’ve already recommended it to several people.

I'm following Dr. William Davis' Super Gut program, where magnesium is one of four foundational supplements. (The others are D3, Iodine in the form of kelp, and Omega-3 via fish oil.) Magnesium malate is considered especially good; logical, because Dr. Davis is a cardiologist. The 3-capsule daily serving of this product meets the program guidelines. I take one at lunch and two at dinner, because magnesium is also good for sleep. I think this product may be delivering more benefits than other magnesium I've taken, in subtle but definite ways.
