Magnesium Breakthrough

This is a great product. I have been using it for about 2 years now. Previously I suffered pretty regularly from insomnia and irregular Bowl movements due to long term oral opiates/pain management. Since using this product as directed: 2 capsules at night, I have been able to develop a good sleep routine and regularity with my BMs. ALSO Imcreased energy and other benefits. I recommend it to all my friends.

My doctor recommended this brand of magnesium. I have been sleeping longer and more sound. And my RLS symptoms are less frequent and not as intense. It is a great addition to my medication regimen.

I was skeptical about this doing anything, but it worked. It has significantly helped me sleep. It’s amazing! I love that. It has a full spectrum of magnesium. I tried just magnesium glycinate by itself, but I didn’t see any difference. This works!

We love these particular Magnesium pills and order month to make sure we don't run out. They are great for relaxing to help fall asleep easier (I take in the evening) and seem to help some with sure muscles after a long day's work.

This magnesium is really great, way better than just magnesium glycinate. I can feel it help with my muscle recovery, restless leg syndrome and sleep. I have been having some very vivid trains not sure if it's linked to this product. The only con is I find this product to be slightly expensive

Love this magnesium blend. It has helped my sleep, digestion, and overall well-being. I feel like it is a little pricey and would love if it was a little cheaper but I do feel like the quality is there.

I have tried so many MG brands, but this was the best for me Im falling a sleep like a baby

Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!

No change in sleep quality.
