I ordered both the powder and the pills and have been using them for a little over a month or so. I ran out of the powder within a month but definitely prefer it over the pills. Not sure on the difference between the effectiveness on powder vs pills at this time. The powder is great, flavorless and easy to mix into a cup of water I use I take my other morning vitamins BUT it’s helping! Reduced my PMOS symptoms so much that I was questioning if I’m pregnant when I was experiencing the crippling cramping and bloating. (For context: I am trying to reduce PMOS symptoms, regain energy, and am not currently trying to procreate for fertility is not a factor in my review) Now keep in mind I am DOING A LOT of different things to reduce symptoms, so it may be the combination of the vitamin supplement cocktail I have for ✨girl breakfast✨ that’s making this work, but this in combo with ferritin, an insane amount of multivitamins and reducing stress (HA! In this day and age?) Regardless definitely recommend this to my other PCOS/PMOS girlies!

It works. Truly impressed. I have been dealing with PCOS since 15 years of age. I'm 32 now and have noticed an immediate positive change to my body and symptoms. A must for my daily living. I've been taking them over a month now and have not experienced any side effects either. Before I purchased it I did discuss it with my gyn.

I have struggled with bleeding for over three years of none stop. Thanks PCOS/PCMS but bleeding was just the problem, it wasnt all coming out correctly. I started this 8/15/2026. Two hours later, I actually could tell I was having a period. It’s still off an on. Some days, heavy, some not so much or not at all. I think it’ll work. I do feel better an I am losing weight. Slight improvement in energy. High hopes

I am not sure what the bio mechanism of this product is but it does something. I have been on it for 2 weeks to regulate my hormones and have not changed anything about my diet. I am 49 years old and and 135 pounds. I have had an extensive history of PCOS without weight gain for the last 29 years. I thought I was experiencing perimenopause although my doctor said my lab work was normal. What could taking it hurt? Nothing in my mind . Not sure it it has done it's job but I have lost 4 pounds in 7 days, my period started 2 weeks after taking it out of the blue (I started it the day after my last period and it has been about 4 days ( mine are typically 2 and 1/2 days). Not really enjoying longer periods, or ones that come early but the weight loss is nice. I have been trying to lose it for 2 years, and my mood and energy level are much better. Not trying to get pregnant either, but this might have been helpful 16 years ago whem I was trying to get pregnant with my son and had to go through fertility treatments. Its worth the money to feel better than I have in the last 2 years and my sex drive is back too.

Okay, this worked for me when nothing else would. I've been struggling for 5 years to figure out what was going on and how I could help myself feel better and this is what worked for me. -I was so tired all I could do was work and sleep, no energy for anything else. I could sleep for 18 hours, go to the store and be so tired I would come home and sleep for another 18. -I was beginning to grow chin hairs so dark and thick I had to pluck every day. -My voice was getting more and more raspy and deep. It sounded like I'd smoked for 30 years and I've never smoked a day in my life -I had uncontrollable weight gain, almost 100 pounds in 5 years. And I dieted, exercised, and cut my portions to where it was almost unhealthy. -Such bad brain fog I couldn't remember anything, I was struggling to finish a thought, and my kids would have to tell everyone but me what plans were for school or I'd never remember and it wouldn't get done. I spent a long time thinking it had to be my thyroid but every test came back fine. IUD, iron, and every other thing they could think of didn't work. My OBGYN friend recommended I try these just because "it won't hurt" and it ended up being the thing that helped. I've been taking them for a month now and all of my symptoms have gotten better. Specifically energy and bloating/weight. I have energy to do things and feel like a human being again. All of my bloating is gone and I've lost about 10 pounds. Not much but better than the steady increase in pounds I've seen over the last 5 years. I paid my real money for this stuff and I'll keep doing it as long as I am alive because of how much difference I see in just a month. My doctor verified it was safe for me so make sure you do that but my goodness it's worth the try if you sound anything like me.

Amazing product! I highly recommend this product whoever trying to pregnant! Last 10yrs I’m trying to pregnant no results! But before finishing this one bottle I got pregnant but sadly I lost the pregnancy due to no heartbeat earlier. Even though I lost my baby, in my 40+ my body responds because of this product. I will start by saying that I was diagnosed with PCOS in my early teens like a lot of other women and their first reaction was to put me on birth control. I never had the hair growth or struggle with weight like others did, but now that I am almost 30, I am noticing it's harder to lose the weight. I got this to see if I could take more steps to improving my own health along with diet and exercise. I am one of the people who did have the stomach issue side effect. It was slightly nausea, but also just some bloating feeling without actually being bloated, has and discomfort. I was taking all four pills in the morning on just a light breakfast, so I'm going to adjust that to see if it improves. I do really enjoy being on this supplement otherwise. I feel like it has regulated me a lot better, I have had less headaches, I feel more whole and my energy feels like it's more maintained throughout the day versus having such lows and highs.

I have PCOS and haven’t had a period since May. Tbh the period I had in May was very light too. I’m trying to conceive so thought I’d give this a try. Started taking on the 26th of September and had my period on the 7th of October! It’s been a good while since I’ve been able to naturally have my period. Hoping this helps regulate my ovulation so that I conceive soon. Will update of it works out!!
