After reading some very negative (and positive) reviews, I decided to give this a try. I have been battling stomach issues pretty much all my life and have given many products a try. I will start by saying, the very first day i took this one pill), it started working, in the sense where my rock hard stomach started going down. After a few days, I started feeling less bloated and over all more content. After a month of use, I still feel so much better. I now go on a regular basis and feel more alive. Give it a try.

So far I love seed. It’s soft on the stomach. However, on the first day my stomach was cramping a little. But I quickly adjusted. I do feel it is a bit costly. Overall, it’s worth trying.

I've tried several other probiotics, but they all caused stomach discomfort. I take the recommended 2 capsules per day. No problem for me to swallow these 2 capsules each morning, (but others may think otherwise.) There's no taste, but I think these give me a bit of heartburn, until I take one Tums. I'm so impressed with the high tech design, having an outer shell of prebiotics that I guess dissolves in the stomach, and then the inner probiotic capsule is absorbed farther down. Within just 24 hours, I was so pleased with the remarkable improvement, and without the probiotic discomfort I'd experienced in the past! It took about a week for everything to settle down to "normalcy" (regularity and comfort). I did end up adding back in a daily serving of NOW raw psyllium husks to get everything working properly again. All-in-all, Seed has been significantly helpful, a huge improvement I am so glad to have found. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to eliminate the excessive packaging, and then drop the price 😉 I've heard there are a number of other potential health benefits, but it's hard to tell so far after 4 months of daily use.
