I’ve been using this for a few months now and have noticed thicker hair for sure. I’m beginning to see some new hair growth now that I’ve been consistent for a while. I chose Nutrafol over other products because I kept reading about side effects that possibly could come along either way them. Nutrafol is way more natural and I never read about any effects other than for some it gave them an upset stomach. I haven’t noticed that at all! I will keep taking and I am liking my thicker fuller hair! Looking forward to the regrowth coming and filling in the gaps as well!

I think it works well. It will not restore your hair, it just kind of help keep what you have and depending on the person, it might make your hair look more full but not completely full as a full head of hair. If you’re an older guy (early 50s and up) with good testosterone levels, it won’t help that much. It’s just natural for your hair to thin.

UPDATE: After 10 months of taking this product faithfully, the decision has been made to take it off our subscribe and save monthly list. The person who is taking it in my family recently went to their hairstylist. The stylist looked and looked and looked and looked, but could see no evidence of new hair growth. This very expensive product is not a win. Be aware that growing new hair is a long, slow and tedious process. Also keep in mind that if you are trying to grow hair it’s going to be very difficult for you to assess because it’s hard to see the hair follicles on your head very well. You will have to rely on your hairdresser or partner to look. And believe me… They are really going to have to look! Also be aware that if you purchase this very expensive product and don’t take it regularly, you are not going to get results. Not only do you have to take it daily, you will have to take it for months to be able to see any results. Additionally, you will need to combine this product with a once a week dandruff shampoo and use some brand of minoxidil daily. This product is only OK in my opinion. It’s extremely expensive and the person in my family who is using it is going on five months now with very little to show for the time and expense. If you have the money and are very methodical and don’t forget things this might be for you.

I start using nutrafol 8 months ago and i 've been taking it as prescript in their instruction,( 4 pills per day ) the reason why I choose it is because after so many years of research and experimenting few other product out there, I was always scared or afraid to put in my body or on my skin something that would not be natural or compatible with my body, I also not big fun of medicine or any wierd supplement. I read about nutrafol and i did my own research and after it i decide to give it a try. I love my hair and my aspect but i will never sacrifice my health with some dangerous product that are out there just because i don't wanna loose my hair. This product doesn't promise you miracles but actually it 's very beneficial for you not only for your hair but mostly for your entire body. it helps to reduce infections that your body has due to your life style and due to what you put in your mouth. So it doesn't work after a week , that's why has natural ingredients and i personally wanna give it a try and i stuck with it for long time even if for the first 2/3 months i couldn't see many results. After the 4th month something start to change and I start to see regrowth also in the front of my head , which a lot of product don't actually do it! Now i am at my 8th month and i am very happy cause i fell that my hair are very strong and they gain a lot vitality, i also change my diet a little bit and i start to eat better and as a result everything work very well together ! i Highly raccomand this product,it doesn't affect my body and doesn't have any side effect at least for me. it's easy to take and i will keep going to take it and feel even better!!!!!!!
