Th bestttt pills ever and I’ve been using these since 2023. I had bad heart palpitations for weeks, I was scared ,it was due to being under lots of stress . I went to an dietician and they recommended these, no bad heart paps since . I’ve had consistent sleep and wayyy less anxiety now, it’s insane . I feel calm waking up the next day again.
