I really like this protein. The vanilla flavor is delicious, and it mixes easily without clumping. I like it because it’s light and doesn't feel heavy after consuming it. I’m using it as part of my routine, and it has proven to be a great choice. Plus, the container is practical and lasts a long time. I would definitely buy it again.

Mixes well and tastes pretty good. Deducted one star for only being 25g per serving when the bottom end of the recommended intake is 30g per serving. I suspect this was done to get more “servings” out of a container in advertising. Packaging is too big…way too big. It isn’t even halfway full as seen from the picture.

I've tried quite a few protein powders over the years, and this is one of the best. It mixes really well, is high-quality, and has an excellent protein-to-calorie ratio (25g of protein for just 120 calories). It was recommended to me by my doctor. The Gourmet Vanilla flavor reminds me of vanilla ice cream. It is a little sweeter than I'd personally prefer, but it doesn't have that overly artificial, fake vanilla taste that a lot of protein powders do. Honestly, it's hard to find a protein powder that isn't on the sweet side, and this one gets the balance right. I usually blend it in my stainless steel Blender Bottle (which I've also reviewed) with unsweetened almond milk, a little water, and ice, or even just water when I want to keep things simple. It tastes great either way and blends smoothly. If you're looking for an easy way to increase your protein intake without a lot of extra calories, this is an excellent option. It's become one of my go-to protein powders.
