Turn on the device using the switch at the base of the handle. The LED band will illuminate to indicate battery level. Turn the digital speed dial clockwise to select your desired speed setting from five available levels. Start with the lowest speed and gradually increase as needed. Apply the device to target muscle areas with gentle to moderate pressure. Use for warm-up before activity or recovery after exercise. Change attachment heads only when the device is turned off and the head has stopped moving. To change heads, pull the existing attachment straight out and insert the desired head firmly into the opening. Charge using the provided Hyperice wall charger only. Full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 3 hours of runtime depending on speed level and pressure applied. Store with the power switch in the OFF position. Keep away from water and extreme temperatures. Clean attachment heads and handle with a soft, damp cloth after use.
