How to choose

Start with where you feel it. For one tight spot such as a calf, glute or shoulder, a percussion massage gun lets you work a single area for one to two minutes at a time. For whole-leg heaviness after long runs or long days on your feet, air compression sleeves squeeze the leg in zones and need no effort from you. A heated wrap suits a stiff lower back before training.

Then check three numbers: how many speed or pressure levels the device has (lower settings matter if you are new to it), how long the battery lasts on one charge, and how much it weighs if you plan to travel with it or hold it against your own back. App control is useful for guided routines; it is not needed for basic use. Each column links to the full product page.
