TUDCA Bile Salts

Great product! Two weeks ago, I took 1 capsule & I could tell the difference in my digestion. Bile salts are good for breaking down fats & absorbing fat-soluble vitamins. Also, my stool is no longer pellets, it's regular-looking, now (it's cylindrical, if you get what I mean!). This product smells very potent, so that's why I only took 1 capsule. I'll take only 1 capsule every two weeks, because it has a detox effect & I don't want to overwhelm my system. Maybe it'll lower my LDL & also make me lose weight!

Great product for anyone with gallbladder out or for folks with fatty liver problems. Makes a huge difference to how one feels.

🥹 just wanna say I have been terrified that something was deadly wrong with my gaulbladder it comes and goes but for as far as I can remember when in teenagehood I had stomach issues , always a slight pain under my upper right rib cage 😓 now having my second son I was afraid it may have been something serious butu bowle movements have been strange and not really solid , sorry tmi but I wanna be honest for u who are scared and need this help 🥹, I tried a supplement called stone breaker on here and after a week or two it worked I felt the pain go away but not sure if it was fixing it or just masking it , this bile salt came and today this morning I took half a dose 1 capsule to see how it does me on an empty stomach per directions , 😌🥹😀☺️💪💪 I have not went this long without any digestive pain in a while , idk if this will work for everyone but I have tried lots of things , I will be taking this as directed from now on 🥹 I'm very grateful for the relief 🥹 I wish I could thank some one and shake their hand for the help but if u too are having issues turn this before I go get cut up and a organ took out , it serves a purpose don't cut it out try and fix it ,God gave it to u for a reason ... So far so good! I started taking these as I had slightly elevated liver enzymes. My numbers are now better than ever! This also helped me become more regular in the bathroom which is nice as well since I suffer from constipation. Overall I’d say they work great! No real stomach upset, though I did notice if I took them on an empty stomach my stomach would get a bit sour, but would be go away as soon as I would eat.

Buen detox

Last fall, out of nowhere, I started having tummy issues. Constipation, bloating, pain, and gas. I never have those issues so I was freaking out. I tried everything for the constipation but it persisted. I finally decided to have a colonoscopy because it was 11 years since my last one (my doctor was bugging me about it), and I was worried something was going on in there that I should know about. Well, it was completely clear. Nothing wrong. I started researching what other issues could be causing this and realized it could be my liver and gallbladder. I kept researching and found Dr. Berg on YouTube. He discussed Tudca and how it could help with my issues so I bought this bottle. Literally after the first time I used it, I could tell a major difference. I was no longer constipated, no more bloating, no more gas, and no more pain. I've been using it daily ever since. I may start weaning myself from it to see what happens so I don't have to keep taking it every day. If my symptoms come back, then I know I need to keep taking it. I would highly recommend Tudca for liver and gallbladder issues. No taste, no smell, and totally easy to use.

I had my gallbladder removed several years ago and had nothing but issues since. Then I found out I was supposed to be on supportive supplements (not everybody who has this procedure needs this). So I researched for a while and kept coming back to Tudca. I bit and decided to get it, world of difference. Bloating was gone, my wild swings from weeks of constipation to weeks of horrible diarrhea and cramps went away. Only reason it gets a 4 is because it causes my acid reflux to kick up a bit for an hour or 2 after taking, nothing terrible, but noticeable. Even if you have acid reflux/GERD I still recommend these.

I just started taking these for liver and gallbladder help and wanted to leave a quick preliminary review. I will write a full review after I've been taking this for 30 days. Before I started taking these my stamina was pretty much at 0 and the fatigue in my legs was so bad that it hurt to walk and I would often lose control of my legs to the point of my knees buckling. The first day I took one pill and noticed that after my afternoon nap, I was able to wake up quickly whereas ordinarily, it takes me more than 30 minutes to fully wake up and be able to stand. The next day I learned that the serving size was two pills so I took two at around 11am. By 7:30pm I had pain in the upper right quadrant and I felt very sick. Fever, sweats, nausea, the works. That lasted about an hour and then it went away completely. At that point I wasnt convinced it had anything to do with the Tudca. I'm still not 100% sure. It could've been the meal I ate, which may have a little too much fat. The next day I took 2 more pills at 11am and about 8 hours later I started feeling a dull pain in the upper right quadrant again but this time there was no general sickness. That strange pain grew into what felt like pressure and if I leaned against that part of my back, the pain got worse and the feeling of pressure grew and I eventually developed a headache from it. Even with that pain and pressure, I could feel my energy had gone through the roof and I was able to work out for nearly an hour with no fatigue at all. I havent been able to do that in well over a year. I decided to lay off the pills for two days to let that pressure and pain clear up and they did. I started the pills again this morning with 1 pill only. More than 8 hours later there are no adverse reactions at all and my energy level is great. Not what it was the second day I took two pills but still much better than normal. My legs feel about 80% stronger and there is no pain with the fatigue and no buckling knees. So far, I am thoroughly impressed. I've only taken 6 of these pills and I can already feel a big improvement. I have no idea what state my liver and gallbladder are in so I have no idea why I felt those adverse reactions. I really just wanted to put this out there for anybody doing their own research on TUDCA without having seen a doctor first, like I did. So much of the research out there says there are no side effects with TUDCA but I obviously had some taking a full dose of 2 pills. With 1 pill though there are no bad side effects and I feel much stronger than I did before I started taking them.
