I am only giving 3 stars because I’m offended by my own metabolic age. It is easy to use and I love how it tracks in the app display is clear and easy to see. Results are fast as well.

The scale itself is elegant and very simple to use. The display is colourfull and easy to understand. But what makes this a great buy is the app that goes with the scale. It is very well designed and was very simple to connect to the scale using Bluetooth and WiFi. I like that I can arrange the body composition readings in the order that I need. Being able to output easily to Excel via email is also very helpful. I bought this one after my wife stepped onto our old scales, causing them to overload then go blank.

Works exactly as described. First few days I compared my scale weights against the dumb scale and they were pretty spot on with few small differences occasionally. I also checked BMI and fat % measurements against hand held measurer and were pretty spot on. I guess as long as use same device consistently that's all what matters. App works great to track all the weightings and seeing progress. Only thing having issue with is connecting to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth for firmware update. Otherwise works great

I’m really impressed with this scale. It’s extremely simple to use—just step on it and it immediately shows your weight, BMI, and body fat right on the display. No tapping, no syncing, no hassle. The screen is bright and easy to read, and the measurements pop up quickly. It feels consistent and accurate every time I use it.

I researched several scales and am very happy with this one. The app takes a little getting used to when reviewing results/data but overall very happy with how this is functioning after the first few weeks.
