I have been taking this brand of KSM-66 since May 2026 so about 4 months. The first thing I noticed is a calming effect mentally which led to me feeling more comfortable and confident with my surroundings physically . It has an anti-stress and anti-anxiety type of effect. I felt less mentally stressed and I noticed that it was a better choice to take it at night time versus during the day. Fast forward to July- August 2026 and I’m taking it about 1-2 hours before I take my Magnesium supplement (also Nutricost) if highly recommend this product.

That’s nothing bad about this supplement, just a fact a lot overlook for most supplements!
