I have several Dr. Berg supplements. Magnesium is great, the D3+ K2 is also very good. The Cod Liver Oil capsules are smooth and easy to take.

I follow Dr Berg and know that his products are good quality. These are easy to swallow and have seemed to increase my good cholesterol. They don’t make you burp, like other fish oil supplements and I will continue to purchase. The only negative is the price. I think it’s a little too expensive, but since it works and works well, I would recommend to others.

Ok yes when I took the capsule at first I got a horrible stomach ache. It was terrible but I knew I needed this mineral so I poked a hole in it and poured the liquid in some yogurt.. the liquid taste lemony, so it paired well with the yogurt. Been seeing results no where near as bloated as I was before. Will order again.

Dr. Bergs products are great and has no junk added to them and there is no bad after taste only the taste of lemon once in a while. The pills are big but not hard to swallow for me and there's no odor to them. No digestive effects. I'll purchase again.

Best quality omega-3 I could find on the market after years of research and taking other brands. Dr. Berg's products are refined to be the most excellent ingredients. I'm allergic to a lot of hidden ingredients and vitamins and supplements, but Dr. Berg's products are as clean as they get. I've been able to get healthier on Dr. Berg's products.

I have use this more more than 6 years and is good for me no problems and it has no after taste or fishy smell
