General Return & Refund Guidelines
- Return Window: You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.
- Proof of Purchase: All return and refund requests must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
- Contact Us First: Before returning any product, you must contact our customer support team at support@hewyn.com to initiate the process. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
- Condition of Returned Items:
- To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging with all seals intact and undamaged.
- The product must be in a resalable condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos of the issue and your order number.

- Change of Mind / Unopened Products:
- If you wish to return an unopened product due to a change of mind, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original, sealed, and resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Upon successful inspection of the returned item, a refund for the product’s purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
