Herbal Sleep Blend with Melatonin & Magnesium

A wonderful sleep supplement that is melatonin free. I found melatonin was giving me anxiety at night when I took it. I switched to this and had much less anxiety at bedtime and was able to get 5-7 hours of sleep.

As with many people, I have issues sleeping. Most nights, this supplement does a really good job of relaxing me to get to sleep -- for about half the night. Some nights I can wake up and get right back to sleep, but sadly that's not the case most nights, and I don't really want to double up on these during the night. But they do a really good job helping me get to sleep, so I keep taking them for that benefit.

I would like to say these tablets helped me enjoy a full night’s rest, but my hopes were dashed the first night and beyond. I struggled to get to sleep and then woke up just as frequently as if I hadn’t take the recommended dose. I also stayed awake just as long as before taking these tablets. I practice no blue screen at least 30 minutes prior to retiring and limiting my liquids as well. I tried this supplement consistently for a week in hopes the ingredients needed to build up in my system, but unfortunately, these just did not work for me.

I truly love this better than the 10mg of melatonin that was suggested for me. I don’t have trouble falling asleep. My issue was not shutting off while I’m sleeping. This has the right blend of things to give me real relaxation. I am truly resting and not just sleepy. I also wake as needed and don’t feel groggy or hungover.

I have been struggling with sleep for about 10 years now. This is by far the best supplement I have found. I don’t have trouble falling asleep, so I can’t say how this works in that regard. However, my issue has been waking in the middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep. Since I started taking this, I almost never wake up and, if I do, I am able to go back to sleep with little effort.
