Melatonin

Switched to this dosage after using a bottle of 750 µg melatonin tablets. 300 µg capsules gave me even better sleep. Melatonin does make a difference in falling asleep and sleeping longer in my experience. Recommend.

I love that it's properly dosed. Take this stuff ~5hrs before bed and you're golden. I have a very delayed natural sleep schedule, so I rely on this low-dose melatonin to go to bed on time. Cannot recommend enough! I've met people who get bad side effects from other melatonin doses, and when they take 300mcg 5hrs before bed, they don't get any of those side effects.

Trouble sleeping but didn't want to wake up grogy so when I saw this item at such a low strength it fit the bill.

I like these... Remember, melatonin is a hormone. I try to stay away from products that really affect hormone levels, but I also value good sleep...1mg is quite a bit if you actually think and read about it. For reference, I'm a 6ft tall, 178lb man and two of these an hour before bed work well for me. For alternate context, I stop caffeine at 12pm everyday and typically stick to one glass of cold brew of a few cups of organic matcha.
