I started using this for several issues, calmness caused from anxiety, more restful nights, preventing raising thoughts at bedtime and so far this is definitely helping. Would recommend this to be used for anxiety and more restful nights.

I was struggling with moderate depression and terrible anxiety. I was waking up to anxiety attacks every morning, including chest pains. I noticed the effects within 3 days of taking consistently. It did make me drowsy within 30 min of taking but when I slept it was solid, and my kids noticed I was waking up with a smile again (instead of my usual frown). My focus is also improved and I have been able to motivate myself to work out.

It actually works. I bought this but was skeptical because I'm used to not seeing results with herbal medicine, but this one was the exception. On days that are especially stressful, I'll take this before bed and I noticed that it was easier to fall asleep (no racing thoughts) and I actually had pleasant dreams. I shared this with my husband and he had the same results. I find myself constantly recommending this product when someone comes to me complaining about stress not letting them relax or sleep. It does make me drowsy so I only take this at night.

After nearly finishing the bottle, I can attest this doesn’t add heartburn, jitters, or any sort of discomfort. It reminds me a little bit of ginkgo biloba and lions mane. Instructions were to take 1 pill 2-3 times per day. It’s not a miracle, but I believe in taking herbs and supplements for slow cumulative effects to gradually increase focus and energy that has to be measured over a long period of time and not just take the pill and get a lot done “limitless” style. I know it depends on the user but I feel like my energy has been a little better.

Really helps me feel less anxious and focused .

I’m giving it 4 stars, and while I do believe in the quality and purity of the product, in my personal experience I became highly irritable, aggressive, and unsociable. I took this supplement for about 2 weeks, felt the side effects, didn’t really break my strength plateau, stopped taking it, and a few days later I’m happy and more calm. The worst was the road rage. Make sure you assess yourself if you take this, and recognize whether it’s the herb that’s affecting you emotionally before you act irrationally.
