When your results arrive, a licensed physician looks at everything together. Blood, body, gut, genes and stress. Not five separate reports, one picture of you. Then you sit down for a one to one consult to walk through what it means.
Common questions
Do I need to fast?
For the blood panel, yes. Eight to ten hours without food, water is fine. Morning appointments make this easy. The other tests need no fasting.
Where do the tests happen?
Blood, gut, DNA and cortisol collection all happen at your home at a time you choose. The DEXA scan takes place at a partner center, and we help you book it.
How does home collection work?
After checkout we message you to arrange a time. A licensed nurse from a DHA-licensed partner visits your home for the blood draw, and kit-based tests arrive by courier with simple instructions and prepaid return.
When do results arrive?
Blood results are typically ready in three to five days. Kit-based tests take a little longer after your sample reaches the lab. Your dashboard updates as each result lands.
What does the doctor call cover?
A one to one walkthrough of your results: what stands out, what is fine, what to do next, and which supplements or habits are actually worth your attention. You can ask anything.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your results are visible only to you and the reviewing physician. They are never used for advertising and never shared with third parties.
Can I buy just one test?
Of course. Start with the one that matters most to you. Every test you add later joins the same dashboard and the same physician review.
How does retesting work?
Most people retest blood every three to six months to watch their trends move. Your dashboard overlays each round so you can see progress, not just snapshots. DNA never needs retesting.
