ViDrate is a UK hydration brand built on a simple idea: most people don't drink enough water, and the easiest fix is to make water taste good. Each paper sachet turns a bottle of water into a naturally flavoured electrolyte drink with vitamin C for immune support and vitamin B12 for energy, replacing the minerals lost through sweat across the day.

Night Time is ViDrate's evening formula, built on ripe mixed berry with L-theanine, magnesium, zinc and lemon balm extract added to the standard electrolyte and vitamin base. It is designed for winding down rather than powering through, and works on overnight hydration while you sleep.

Everything is naturally formulated and sweetened with stevia. No artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours or preservatives, and no sugar. The formula was developed over five years by hydration specialist Nick Hird with Dr James Morehen PhD, and the sachets are paper-based rather than plastic.

Mix one sachet into 300ml of water, less than the daytime sachets, and drink 60 to 90 minutes before bed. Many customers prefer it hot. Caffeine-free.
