Algae Omega

These are a great alternative to fish oil, which smell. These do not smell, are much easier to swallow, and are easier to digest. I haven't tried another brand, but these seem great quality.

I started taking Nordic Omegs because i needed a good source of omega 3 for the treatment of SOP but I'm allergic to sellfish and can't take traditional fish oil. This supplement has been a great solution. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any fishy aftertaste or stomach discomfort. Now I've felt more balanced and energetic.

I started taking Omega 3s for cholesterol support, but I found that the fish versions would often make me smell like a fish - ew - yuck. So I switched to the vegan version and have no problems at all. I now take Nordic Naturals Algae DHA as my go-to omega-3. It provides all the benefits of DHA—support for brain, eye, and nervous system health—in a clean, plant-based form. The softgels are easy to swallow, there’s no aftertaste, and I like that they’re vegan and non-GMO.

These are great! Unlike other omega-3 supplements I’ve tried, these don’t taste like fish and don’t cause any fishy burps afterwards — a huge plus. I love that they’re plant-based, vegan, and still provide a solid dose of EPA & DHA. Definitely a clean, high-quality alternative for omega-3 support. Will keep buying!
