I have sensitive digestive system and many magnesium supplements cause discomfort or worse. This liposomal glycinate form is the first one that does not upset my stomach at all. No cramping, no gag reflex, nothing. Just calm relaxation about thirty minutes after taking it. My leg cramps are gone and I sleep so much better.

Good product but takes four capsules per serving

The quality of this magnesium supplement is clearly high and the liposomal formulation is well done. My issue is that you need to take four capsules per serving which I find excessive. The benefits for relaxation and sleep are there but I wish they could condense the formula into fewer capsules per dose.

Within the first week of taking this supplement I noticed a real improvement in my sleep quality. I am falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer. The 350mg per serving of magnesium bisglycinate chelate seems to be the right dose for me. The non-GMO sunflower phospholipids for the liposomal delivery is a nice touch.
