Marshmallow Root 1,000mg - 210 Vegan Capsules

Had issues having a bowel movement. I tried so many different things like prune juice, milk of magnesia, etc. I remembered I used to take marshmallow root back in 2009 so I figured I'd give it another shot. I started taking 1500 mgs per day and finally started having daily bowel movements after 2 days of taking this. Now I up'd it to 2000mg/day. I'm really thankful for this product.

I got these to help with milk production while breast feeding and it seems to have helped! I have been producing more lately and also feel more energized since taking these. Disclaimer that I also started taking a Blessed Thistle supplement as well; these together seem to be doing the job well for my body, but my body always responds well to natural remedies. Packaging was clean and neat! Definitely seem a good quality of supplement.

Been taking this brand for a long time because the marshmallow powder was a fluffy creamy beige and created a slick mucilaginous gel when mixed with water as a good marshmallow powder should. This batch, however, is much darker and does not gel up as well. My guess is that this company burned a huge batch but is still selling it rather than take a loss. Or they are now selling an inferior marshmallow powder. Three stars for the months that I was very pleased with this product. Deducted two stars for the crap in the capsules of my last purchase.
