This product was part of a larger order but was missing when I received the package (which had been torn open). However a replacement was promptly sent to me and it is exactly what I needed. Looking forward to adding this to my supplement regimen to fill a gap in the vitamins I need.

It's pure encapsulated B-complex, the only one I use. Don't just take my word for it; you'll have to try it yourself. Nice energy from it. I moved it from its white bottle into a glass bottle.

What I love about these are the fact that the serving is 1 tablet. They are thin in size and easy to swallow with no odor.
