I’ve purchased this supplement a few times now because I wanted to give it enough time before reviewing it. With consistent use, I’ve noticed a difference in my hair. It feels like I have more hair, and overall I’ve seen improvement in how full it looks. Since hair products can take time to show results, I’m glad I stayed consistent with it. Based on my experience so far, I would continue purchasing it.

EDIT— I wanted to give an update to my experience. I ended up stopping the pills after completing my second bottle. I think my body needed time to adjust to taking the pills and I started having EXTREME stomach cramps. Almost to the point of me laying on the ground screaming/crippling pain. The only thing I changed in my routine/diet was these pills. Once I stopped the cramping was going almost simultaneously. Super upset I had to stop because the progress was amazing! Also my hair texture/overall feeling does not feel as healthy as it did while taking the pills. The shampoo/conditioner probably helped but it’s way too expensive to keep getting. ORIGINAL— I don’t usually write reviews but felt the need to on this one. The before pics were from January and the now pics are from March. I decided to cut the doses from 4 pills a day to 2 a day as they are pricey and I read a lot about people having success with taking only 2. I am super happy with the progress I have made in 2 months and just received my second bottle. I will say, I bought these as I was losing hair due to post partum but my hair has been thinning slowly for years and have noticed good growth in which I haven’t seen in a very long time. I still was losing hair during my PP journey (was the worst around 4 months which is when I started). I really believe there is no quick fix for this type of hair loss and you need to let it run its course but I do think these supplements helped it grow back faster. I am also using the nutrafol shampoo and conditioner as well.
