Too soon to tell if its going to be a fabulous addition to my supplement routine but so far no side effects. Seems like a solid choice

Do you often have the opposite result to supplements than those promoted? That's me. So instead of helping with bowel movement, taking this impeded it. I added vitamin B1 per online suggestions for using magnesium but still not great. The product is fine, the results vary with the individual, I guess.

As you may know, supplements are not regulated by the FDA. So you have to typically buy supplements from reputable brands that have been tested by independent labs. Momentous has gone through this so I trust the contents of their supplements. This magnesium malate supplement is a good form of magnesium that I like to take in the morning. It gives a small energy boost after taking, but I mostly take it for brain/mood health. Magnesium is part of Huberman's protocols and he recommends this brand.
