I have tried dozens of keto protein bars and these are hands down the best tasting ones available. The chocolate is real and rich, the fiber content keeps me full, and they do not spike my blood sugar at all. I keep a box at home and one at my office. Highly recommended for anyone on keto.

The quality of ingredients is clearly high and I respect what this brand is doing with brain-supporting nutrients. However I find the taste slightly too sweet for my preference. It is not bad by any means, just not what I expected from a chocolate sea salt bar. Would prefer a darker, less sweet flavor profile.
