It works very well. When I take this product I don't feel drowsy like melatonin or acidity but it does allow me to go to sleep when I'm ready to more easily. I will be buying this product more often.

I really love this supplement. I am on my 3rd bottle. On an empty stomach in the morning, I love that this supplement does not make me sleepy, but at night after a meal, I can feel myself relaxing about 35 minutes after taking it. It helps me get that deep quality sleep I am looking for, and I do not wake up feeling groggy. I take it twice a day because I do a lot of intermittent fasting, and I want to get my magnesium in.

Well, finally!!! I can sleep!! My doctor recommended this because while I can fall asleep with no problem, staying that way is a huge challenge. Last night I went from 10 all the way to 5:00 am! For the price and quality this is one of the best magnesium glycinate pills I’ve found. I have been taking it while pregnant and absolutely notice a difference without it! My muscle cramps and sleep are greatly improved when taking it. The pill is easy to swallow and I love that you only have to take one for a full dose.

I regularly experience leg cramps, and these magnesium glycinate capsules have helped me considerably. Since I began taking them, my leg cramps have disappeared. That has made a noticeable difference for me and is the primary reason I am so pleased with this supplement. I also appreciate how gentle these capsules are on my stomach. Of course, everyone may respond differently to a supplement, but my personal experience has been very positive. Its a good brand the active ingredient coukd be little more than 140 but its still good
