غليسينات المغنيسيوم 360 ملغ

My mom and I both take this daily and have noticed positive changes in our clarity, focus, energy levels and mood. We have been on a magnesium journey for years now! It should be a crime to sell Magnesium Oxide in stores. Actual doctors telling us for years to take magnesium, without specifying, and it literally is as good as flushing money down the toilet. It is SOOO important to understand the different types of magnesium and how they interact with other medications, vitamins, and conditions people have. THIS is truly the best one we've found, highly recommend.

I found this as a replacement for my KAL magnesium which I was having trouble finding. The capsule is slightly smaller and easier to swallow. The only drawback is I had to go from 400 mg down to 360 mg.

This is one of the few magnesium’s with 360 mg of elemental magnesium! Most others don’t! Read your labels and see. And no magnesium stearate! I like that.

This is a great magnesium glycinate. I pair it with my ashwaganda gummies, and within 30-45 minutes I’m sleeeeepy. I shared with a close family member how well they were working because she was telling me she was waking up every night and having an impossible time falling back to sleep. A couple months later, she was telling me how well they were working & her experience mirrors mine. These are a great supplement to add to your daily routine. Helps your muscles, brain, digestion, sleep, and much more!
