I feel confident using Dr Berg’s supplements. He does a lot of research and only uses quality necessary ingredients. My husband and I both take them and have noticed differences in how we feel (more energetic, less leg cramps, etc.). We are both in our mid-seventies.

Love this product. I am allergic to some magnesium products. I love Dr. Berg product, easy to digest, no after taste and works immediately for me. I take it at night. Sleep like a baby. It would be nice if it had instructions on best time to take supplements, on bottle. Not everyone knows how and when to take supplements.

I have taken several brands of magnesium, including the Pure Brand. I have found Dr. Berg’s to be the most effective. After losing my mother and managing a high stress banking job, I found myself with truly racing thoughts and was awaken every night, with racing thoughts, anxiety and fear. I started taking Dr. Bergs magnesium at night, initially one capsule & transitioned to two capsules peered with Dr Berg’s k2 & D3. This combination has worked so effectively just prior to going to bed, at night. This combination offers great absorption, as I had blood work conducted prior and subsequent to taking these vitamins. I have been taking his supplements over the last six months, to truly test them. I’ve had no allergies, just a calm mind and some good rest. I also appreciate that fact that these supplements are LAB TESTED; hence the reason for the cost. Dr. Berg should be praised for openly ensuring his supplements are tested. A lot of other providers do not test their supplements and provide them at budget cost; however they are ineffective! I am a 47 yr old woman. My blood work also revealed I am peri-menopausal. Every woman should invest in this vitamin, to reduce racing thoughts, brain fog, in addition to many other symptoms we experience at our age. We cannot escape this cycle but we can get courage and assistance in this supplement. I also have high cholesterol, from genetics. I do not eat unhealthy and developed this, from family genes. The Dr. Berg K2 & D3 helps with better absorption to clear my arteries. I am 132 lbs. Sticking with a brand, I can trust and was tested via blood work. FYI: I don’t know the man, I only know the results.

Im very happy with the Magnesium Supplement I purchased. Have only been taking for a couple of weeks, however, so far so good……..

I appreciate that the Magnesium Glycinate has been “enhanced by Vitamins B6 and D for maximum absorption”. I have been suffering from unbearable leg cramping during the night. My dr suggested that I use magnesium. I started out by taking 1 capsule a day. After 3 weeks, I started taking a 2nd capsule during the day. The leg spasms/cramps got much better at night. I take 3 a day now and my sleep has improved and leg cramps rarely ever happen. I really like that they enhance the product with vitamin B6 and D to assist with maximum absorption.

I have sleep problem for while such as hard to get to sleep at night, at the beginning when I first started taking dr Berg’s the Magnesium, I noticed a bid difference in my sleep which I can literally fall sleep and make me more calm! But after awhile , my body just too adapt or used to it , now I donot feel any huge difference ! I still get those days I had hard time calm down my mind before bed even I take magnesium! It is a bit pricey too compare with other brand! However I will continue taking it and buying the dr berg brand until I find a better one in the future !
